bl111 Terms & Conditions

By accessing bl111.pro and creating an account, clicking "I agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism, or simply by using any feature of the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with bl111 and accept these Terms in full. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and all references to "you" or "your" include that entity.

These Terms apply to all Users, including guests who browse without an account, registered account holders, and any person accessing the Platform through a third-party interface or affiliate link. Acceptance is non-conditional: you cannot selectively accept or reject individual clauses while continuing to use the Platform. If you disagree with any clause, your only remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.

Minimum Age

The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. bl111 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If a User is found to be under 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all bonuses will be forfeited, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use may be voided. bl111 takes its responsibility regarding underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory or legal inquiry in this area.

Geographic Restrictions

Access to the Platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is the User's responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in their location. bl111 does not warrant that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users who access the Platform from restricted locations do so on their own initiative and bear full legal responsibility for their actions.

Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any bonuses and pending withdrawals, and may result in a permanent ban from the Platform.

Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the Platform, Users must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, a username, and a secure password. bl111 may require additional identification documents as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bl111 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bl111 support immediately at [email protected].

Account Verification and KYC

bl111 may require Users to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time if there is reason to verify the User's identity, age, or location. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by bl111 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Deposit Methods and Processing

bl111 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits are generally credited to the User's account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. bl111 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor, network disruptions, or banking system downtime. Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts in the User's own name. Before a withdrawal is processed, the User's account must be fully verified (KYC complete), the User must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and the account must be in good standing with no active investigations or disputes. bl111 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly where the amount requested is above a specified threshold. Currency and Exchange

The Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All account balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. bl111 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs or exchange rate losses incurred when a User deposits or withdraws using an account held in a different currency.

Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal campaigns (such as BPL or Eid specials), are available to eligible Users as described in the specific promotion terms. bl111 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are generally restricted to one per User, one per household, and one per IP address unless otherwise stated.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Failure to meet the rollover within the time limit will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.

Bonus Abuse

bl111 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies that exploit bonus conditions without genuine wagering intent (such as low-risk hedging strategies), providing false information to qualify for promotions, and coordinating with other Users to abuse referral or promotional systems. Users found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and all bonuses and winnings forfeited.

All content on the bl111 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of bl111 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of bl111.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bl111, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if bl111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bl111 does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access. bl111 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
